We were not far from Presidential Palace of Nanjing. You can also visit Costa Coffee that offers excellent meals.

The hotel is located in the city centre. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The metro is a few steps away. The subway to Central Station is a 30-minute calm step away. Two bottles of drinking water were cleaned in the room every day. The hotel is a solid four... up to five he needs a little comfort and coziness.

The hotel description nowhere says that the reception is on the 7th floor. This makes it uncomfortable to check in because you have to look. The TV in the room wasn't working, so you had to call a master all the time. The safe wasn't repaired either. It's not very nice for a hotel with this level and price. In 4 nights, the bed wasn't changed once. At reception, the deposit is more than 1000 yuan.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all big malls, making it really convenient to get around. The hotel facilities are great, with an outstanding pool and top-notch breakfast selection. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the one who could speak good English and assisted me at the first-floor concierge. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, making me feel safe during my entire stay.

the gym and the swimming pool was really old, the one in smaller city Zhenjiang is better. AC wasnt work well. Room service is pretty expensive.

Spacious room with city view, comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet good and included a wide variety of choices.

Enjoyed having a cool night bar here, a double bed was a nice surprise! 🌙

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station and a shopping mall with many restaurants. The rooms were equipped with all necessary amenities, such as travel guides and various pillow types. The staff was efficient and professional, with a housekeeper who went the extra mile to provide thoughtful touches.

The check-in process was poor and confusing, with a long queue and the room not ready despite a confirmation call. The room was not clean, with a dirty carpet and bad wifi that took two phone calls and an hour to fix.

We had an unforgettable stay at this centrally located hotel, boasting a luxurious indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the exclusive amenities provided in the private facilities made our experience truly unforgettable. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals in an opulent ambiance. the location advantage is unbeatable, close to shopping malls and the city center.

We only encountered one minor issue, the service was often slow. this was easily overlooked due to the exceptional level of luxury and exclusivity in all other aspects of the hotel.

Spice lounge buffet lunch very disappointing.

An especially good location, close to a major Metro station (Xinjiekou), and about equal distance to either the Nanjing Museum, or the 'massacre museum'.
